Lead Builder/Foreman

Site Foreman/ Qualified Builder

Do you have experience leading a team of builders or have leadership skills to step up to run a team of builders?
Do you show attention to detail and have high quality workmanship?
Are you reliable, professional and a hard worker?
We primarily work in peoples house so you must be presentable and be able to communicate with clients , team members and other subcontractors whilst on site. 
A sense of humour is a requirement!

Tasks will include

• Running a team of builders including an apprentice
• Managing and running projects efficiently
• Liaising with Project Manager on a regular basis
• Reading and comprehending building plans

We are based in the Auckland area and have jobs all throughout Auckland.

Qualifications and Work Requirements

• Qualified builder
• Licensed Building Practitioner 
• Local knowledge of building and construction methods
• Clean tidy appearance
• Own transport required
• Own tools sufficient for completing general building work
• Excellent English communication skills
• NZ drivers license
