Building Lifestyle NZ Guarantees the following when you build with us:

• A high level of communication with you throughout the building process
• A dedicated Project Manager on your build to coordinate the subcontractors and ordering and supply of materials, ensure quality control of complete job and timeframes are adhered to
• Regular site meeting with you and our Project Manager
• A qualified builder running your job onsite
• Each team is overseen by a LBP
• Subcontractors used are trade qualified/registered
• Quality control of subcontractors arranged by BLNZ
• Your build will be completed to the standard required by the Contract Documents and the relevant Building Consent (if applicable)
• Only high quality materials used on your build“ all materials checked prior to using and any below standard are returned to supplier

• A maintenance schedule will be provided to you at the end of each job, along any supplier guarantees and warranties for any products used to you.

• Your house site will be kept clean and tidy throughout the build
• We ensure all site safety regulations are adhered to for you, the builder and subcontractor safety
